We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must have tags attached and be in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to our designated return address (provided after your request is approved).
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
The returned item must meet the same conditions mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
